The idea behind this 7" is that both bands cover each other’s song. The wonderful Lake Ruth from New York have recorded the Pale Lights song "Only An Ocean" with the sound artist Listening Center. It's a great mixture of Baroque & Chamber Pop with references to Stereolab, Broadcast or '60s Library Music. Their good friends the fabulous Pale Lights who are also from NYC cover the Lake Ruth track "Through The Lychgates" with their fresh & irresistible '60s influenced Indie-Guitar Pop!
