Delivery Info

Unless otherwise agreed and the goods are in stock, delivery will be made from our warehouse to the delivery address specified by you. Delivery will be made within 2 weeks for German delivery addresses and within 6 weeks for delivery addresses outside Germany, unless a different delivery date has been bindingly agreed in exceptional cases.

If the goods specified by you in the order or a part thereof are only temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately. The same applies if a product or part thereof is no longer available. In the event of a delay in delivery of more than the delivery period stated above, you have the right to withdraw from your declaration of intent. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.


Shipping cost

We charge a flat rate for shipping.

If you only order concert tickets, shipping within Germany will cost you €2.00.
If you order something other than a ticket or something else in addition to the tickets, shipping within Germany will cost you a flat rate of €4.00.
From an order value of €40 we do not charge shipping costs.

Within the EU, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €5.00 for every order.

For the rest of the world (including European non-EU countries), a flat-rate shipping fee of €10.00 applies.


Pre-Order

Products that have not yet been released will be labelled ‘pre-order’ in the product description. If your order contains such a product, the entire order will only be dispatched as soon as the pre-ordered product is available.
